keep on very low speed like 1 kb/s~ 5 kb/s download speed. why will like that? some dude say that is
setting problem or installing problem , but it work very well before this few week / days. is that malaysia

bitcomet keep very low low speed . just like what i explain , any dude know what happen ? if any people

You probably have not configured your client properly. See the settings guide in the Guides and How-To’s forum for bitdave’s exhaustive explanation of how to do this.

Remember to portforward your router too. That sounds like the problem here.

First, of course, you need to make sure that you actually do have a router.

They dont block bittorrent but they do throttle it so that its painfully slow.See Here
In bitcomet settings, set the encryption to “always enable” and it might help
