Can the Torrent_Cache Folder be Relocated to Elsewhere?

My C drive is out of space and the torrent_cache folder takes up a lot of real estate.

Is there a way to relocate the folder to another harddrive and still have BitComet working fine?

Do you know what save cache files to multi-level directories mean to the the directory structure? Will it structure by date or else?
