unable to download a torrent file.it does not seem to be able to connect,also the tracker keeps returning peers(whatever that means)

Also, to disentangle in your mind the terms you’re going to use to describe your problem, I recommend reading this topic first: Peers, seeds, torrent, tracker, DHT, Peer Exchange (PEX), Magnet Links; what are all these things?
