Can't Connect Tracker (10060)

Dear all,

I am a new user for Bitcomet. I have run Bitcomet 0.70 but when try to download any file, the tracker reported " an’t Connect Tracker (10060), waiting …s to retry.

In the log, the report as follow:

Windows XP ICS Status: cannot find working ICS.

Windows XP UPnP Status: device not found!

Appreciate any could help. Thanks.

The numeric error codes are Winsock errors, q.v.

The log reports, you should also look up. “What’s ICS?”. Hmm, I’m not doing that. Good thing it’s "not found’!

Go through our settings guide to set up BC. Also, what firewall are you using?

And since this is a BC (settings) problem I’m moving this.
