If you mean BitComet’s chat mode, you should ask that question in the BitComet client help forum. The chat feature was partially disabled a few versions ago, so you shouldn’t bother trying to use it until you get some future release that says it’s supported now. Not much point to it, since IM clients are plentiful and do a better job; no other BT clients support chat mode, and if they did, there’d be another mess like DHT about agreement on standards &c., and there’s not much demand for it.
