cant view snapshots in bitcomet 1.37 stable version

cant view snapshots but can download files in bit comet i cant mention all the problem i am posting image to let you know what error comes

please help and sorry if i have posted in wrong place because i am a dummie

Looks like you have an IP filter or firewall that’s blocking some of bitcomet’s functions.

Get Firewall or NAT devices allow Bitcom listening cross them.

Just a wild guess… is he trying to say that he’s made exception rules for BC to go through his firewall and ‘NAT devices’?? :unsure:

NAT=network address translation, this is a rule that tells your router that the connection attempt on your WAN IP:port number goes to your LAN IP:port number,so in your case it would be something like 83.35.194.1xx:55555 to 192.168.0.1xx:55555.

Basically the NAT device is a router in your case, but could also sometimes be a modem, telephone device, etc.
