All we can do is to advise - if you can not (or will not) accept the advice, there is nothing else we can do.
Your anti-virus is the problem here - it is creating a 'false positive' and therte is only one fix for that

pls modify bitcomet.exe so that antiviruses do not alarm and delete it at any time. Eight popular antiviruses think bitcomet is a virus
The problem is with the A.V program and NOT with Bit Comet. They are reacting to a threat that doesn’t exist. PLEASE read the forum post on that issue
Ok. Have you watched the link? Microsoft’s built-in Windows antivirus removes your program from any OS version. Not to mention the top antiviruses that millions of users have. Bitcomet is removed not only during installation but also at any startup. Contact all antivirus vendors and convince them to exclude bitcomet from the database. So far, bitcomet is to be removed.
