Mi problema es que pongo a descargar archivos y me dice que el disco duro está ocupado y tiene un espacio de 400G ¿como puedo solucionarlo? tengo windows 7

Increase the size of your disc cache, this should solve the problem.

Aumenta el tamaño del cache del disco… esto debería solucionar tu problema.
