Disk write speed is lagging behind the network download speed

I received the messages from BitComet that indicates that the disk write speed is lagging behind the network download speed. How I can solve this trouble?

The message is 'Disk write speed is slower than the network download speed. Current write buffer size is 206.0 MB. Apply download speed limit: 8.8 MB/s'. 

I don't know how to apply download speed limit, BitComet(64-bit) build number 2.07.3.5

Any suggestions will be grateful. Thank you!

Unfortunately there’s no cure - it’s in the computer itself and nothing to do with the app

Download speeds have increased dramatically over the past number of years (I can remember when 256 K/S was considered fast) but disc write speed hasn't kept up. Using SSDs will help slightly, but not by very much - the bottleneck is the speed that the bus can transfer the data to disc is the problem
