If you’re serious about wanting help, then put forth some effort and provide the info that was asked of all the other members posting in this thread. If you cannot be bothered to spend 2 minutes reading before you post, then you should pay someone to come to your house and watch what you are doing and examine what hardware and software you are using, then instruct you on how to do it properly.
