I downloaded a file and saved it on my external drive because my internal hard drive is almost full.
Why my Download rate is lower than Upload one?

It’s quite probable that there are more leechers looking for your upload than there are seeders providing the download
Speed also depends on the other guy - how fast they're sending and/or receiving
