Download Speed on of window and inside window is different

I am using Bitcomet 0.64. While downloading, the speed shown on top left handside is 24KB/s. But the download speed of all torrents inside the window adds up to be less than that. Sometimes total up to 20KB/s or sometimes as low as 10KB/s. Theres a few times I see 20KB/s, 14KB/s or 8KB/s on top but inside the window is not downloading at all.

I have tried BitComet 0.7 also. It is also having the same problem.

Can any one tell me what’s happening?

Sorry mate can’t help you on this one. But I also would like to know what the h*** is going on here!!! I have tried .64 .70 and I am having the same problem. If this had always been the case then it wouldnt bother me so much but this does seem to be a fairly new problem and one that i would like answered and sorted out.
