I have up to 8mb broadband with BT but can only get upto 4.5 at the moment but my download speed through BitComet is helluva low, I used to have 1mb through NTL and it was a darn site quicker than what I am getting just now, do you have any suggestions on how to speed up my downloads, I seem to only be getting up to 30kbs at the moment, Broadband has been installed for about 1 month just now so i am running at 4.5mbs, please help, i dont want to wait 3 days for a movie to download

Any one any ideas on how to spead up my download rate,

Sorry Klueless, first time using this forum, in the other one you just say Go Through Settings carefully, I have, umpteen times, dont think it is a very helpful response

Please tell me what your max upload rate is when you tested it, and what you set as max upload speed when you went through the settings guide.
