Hi all..! I use BitComet 1.34 on Windows XP Pro/7 Ultimate 32-bit … the program does not seem to take into account the limits set from General Settings → Global Max Download / Upload Rate. This is always the case for downloading and occasionally for the uploading. I.e most of the time the download is approximately 40 - 50 KB / s above the limit i set. I have never had this problem with programs like uTorrent or the like. Is this a bug or are there any specific settings.? Thanks in advance …
