My downloading speed keeps fluctuating to 1-2 mbps to 0 kbps and back to go up and then again back to 0. It has started a couple of months back. Please someone help me! I am extremely frustrated.
It can be one of several things - mainly a reduction in upload speed from the seeders, or less commonly, background apps on your machine accessing the internet.
Keep in mind though, that with the Covid19 lockdowns, a lot more people are online at the same time which will slow down the 'net backbone.
