file was not found

hello everyone,

i just downloaded a file with bitcomet and i had a problem with it, the download completed but now i can’t open it, it says:

file was not found:C:/downloads/Ace Online(2307a).exe

or:

opening file failed

the url is : http://dl1.subagames.com/acedownload/Ace%20Online(2307a.exe

please help me

First thing, I fixed the link you posted. This is a direct http download file and it’s possible that the download didn’t complete, or the server hosting the file wasn’t able to handle requests from a download accelerator like bitcomet.

I would try downloading the file again, if it still fails, try limiting bitcomet to a single connection.

As a last resort, simply use your browsers build-in download manager.
