Ok, this is the first time I’ve downloaded something after a rewhipe, and Bitcomet downloaded, they finished, but they do not seem to exist on the computer. Bitcomet see’s them, I can preview them. They do exist, but windows explorer can not see them. I think I’ve encountered tyhis problem before but I can’t seem to find a solution. Any help would be appreciated, I have a feeling its something simple im missing.

Hi ManeArt, you can check the “Options-Directories” to see where you save the download files.

Windows vista won’t let you view files within c:\program files\ folder by default, which is where bitcomet version 0.70 saves the files. When Microsoft started restricting access to this location, bitcomet changed the default location to c:\downloads.

All your files are there, windows just won’t let you see them. Change your download location and move the files to the new location.
