forwarding a port (switch)

Hi.

well im downloading a torrent with over 1000 seeders but only 5 is connected. i have heard that i have to “make” a port, but how do i make a port with a switch???

please help.

my switch is a Cnet 5 port.

and i have a modem: a speedtouch 510i

and windows xp

If the cnet is really just a switch

then the speedtouch is what you need to access to open up Bitcomet’s port

go to portforward.com and find your speedtouch on the routers page

they will provide instructions for opening bitcomets port
