The download has a green arrow, but nothing is happening. Just sits there at 0%…?? Anybody got any suggestions…

You are going to have to give us alot more information to resolve this. but it could be there there are no seeders/peers present.

It says in the Seed/Peer[All] column “0/5[0/22]”
This is telling you that there are no seeds in the swarm. Now it’s still possible to get data from leechers for much of the torrent – indeed, most of the data you download normally comes from other leechers, not seeds – but if you look at the peers tab, you can see how much each connected peer has of the file. If they’ve all got zero or the same percentage you have, then I’m afraid you’ve got an abandoned torrent. It will probably never complete unless you can find and persuade somebody to reseed it. Try the forum of comment thread for whatever site tracks the torrent. Otherwise, try to find another torrent with the same material and start over.
