when I download the file using Bitcomet, I can go internet acess. I am using FIOS, suppose 5mb, however, when downloading file from bitcomet, will dropped to lower than 1Mb. When I close the bitcomet application. Then, will go back to upto 5Mb agian. I have been used Bitcomet serveral years and never got problem. I used to be cable modem, now I did change to FIOS. My system is window xp with firewall. I need reslove this serious issues ASAP!!!@!!! thank you !!!

No, I didn’t set the limit. Now. I reinstalled 0.68 bitcomet and let see how work.
