I’m looking for an old movie (1993). it’s not up anywhere but it’s a classic. i’m sure tons of people have it how can I get some on to seed it again?

Most torrent sites have a section to post requests.
If you like the movie that much, and there are no torrents for it, you might consider just buying it online, either new, or used from a site like ebay.
Online rental sites are another option.
