Huh? Are you asking about the Vista version of the XP SP-2 tcpip.sys limit?

I’m going to warn you now not to mess with that. Vista is a new animal. It has a Unix overlay among many other things. Just leave that little setting in BC 0.70 for “max half-open TCP connections” at 8 and you’ll be fine. This will not slow down your downloads.
