I only ask because I download and upload virtually 24 hours a day, and the percentage progress (to the next level of bitcomet user) hasn’t changed in over 2 weeks.
Is this a "known issue"??
Ranking is updated daily (usually round 0100 - 0200 GMT).
It's dependent on the data uploaded and also the time online - points are calculated on the basis of time connected and the number of KB of data uploaded.
Now note that it's the amount of data actually uploaded - NOT the amount you make available. Have you checked the actual data transfer rate in the top status bar? If no-one is downloading from you, then you won't get any points. Also check on whether you set a cut-off point based on the percentage of uploads
Thank you … I have several seeded files that are almost constantly being uploaded (one about 4 mbps around the clock) … and yet my “percentage” does NOT change AT ALL day to day … any ideas why?
As said before - what does your status bar at the top say? (it will show the upload/download speeds and the client version)

Right now, it's 2.3 mbps. I upload (seed) a LOT ... and yet the percentage does not change day after day after day.
The overall percentage doesn’t change - the only change would be the individual file percentage uploaded
The overall upload is restricted to 110 points maximum so a high transfer load won't get any better once the bytes transferred plus onine time max out
I think we are talking about two different things. I am talking about the progress percentage to the next level TITLE (I am currently at 75.3% to whatever’s after generalmissimo). THAT percentage should update daily, and it’s not.
it increases slowly - VERY slowly - the points scored is a better indicator
