My bloody flat mate is ALWAYS downloading movies I always get crappy sloooow internet, I know he uses bit comet client so I want to block him using that…
We have a router in another flat and a range extender in ours, how can I block him using bit comet ?
Plus I know for a fact that he never uploads after he finishes downloading.
