Try portforward.com, they have guides for most routers.
That is, unfortunately, a WiMAX gateway.
WiMAX is a wireless connection operating in microwave frequencies. Like just about all wireless connections, it is firewalled further upstream, so nothing you can do locally will get you an unblocked listen port. Your only option is usually to switch to some sort of wired connection.
