I keep getting this message when I try to download a certain torrent. It is quite big (41gb), I’m not sure if that has anything to do with it. Anyway to fix/get around this? I would just download another client for this file only, but I would rather not.
I doubt very much that a different client would help, but it’s a good idea to be familiar with all of the major clients, and to have them available even if you don’t use them most of the time.
This seems to indicate that the source torrent is damaged, and I’m afraid there’s nothing you can do about it. Try to find the same material from a different torrent, and yes, that does mean you’d have to start all over again, sorry.
bitcomet wont even open the file..so i never even had the chance to start the download. theres 638 seeds and 2435 leechers..so im pretty sure the file is fine.
redownloaded the torrent file..works now. lol.
