internal server error "snapshot" ?

why i get this when im trying to see the preveiw images ?

I am getting the same problem, even after restarting bit comet, any suggestion?

This indicates that something in the chain between you and the snapshot image server, isn’t working. A gateway is basically a connection to another network. Since most internet connections have to pass through up to 30 separate networks and gateways all over the world, between here and there, none of which you control, there’s usually nothing either endpoint can do about this error.

For some reason, although displaying that snapshots are available, wnen you ‘click’ on show snapshot it will not display any snapshots
