Can you be sued for using bitcomet?
no, just dont reproduce anything you download.
Like the previous poster said, you cannot be sued just for using Bitcomet. But, if you use it for illegal things then you can be sued.
Example:
You are not guilty of anything just for owning a gun. But, you can be found guilty if you use that gun for illegal purposes.
