I never encounter this problem before until my sister accidentally installed bitcomet 0.72. Now, my speed drops to 20kb or less and the DHT is not connected even i resumed my download which is going 90++kb before the update of 0.72 version. I delete everything and reinstall the 0.70 version but the problem still occurs.
How to connect the DHP?? I’m using window firewall and a modem which dont has router. I follow the guide carefully and make exception in my firewall. However, the problem still exsist…
