i got the game burned to disc (2 discs actually) and got a keygen and a crack. i put in the first cd to install and try to put in the code i got from the keygen and it doesn’t work. 
any ideas?

not sure exactly what happened. tried the keygen and that didn’t work, so i clicked on the generate button and tried several different numbers that it gave me. got frustrated and came back a little later tryed the keygen again and it worked. guess i just had to get the right nubers or hold my tongue just right. hope this is of some use to others.
p.s. i will remember to post my findings for others suspect
hey i am trying to put in that key code in at the ea registration input, dude i put at least 50 freakin codes in and it always says invalid code or the code is already registerd?, what the h*** i am really at my wits end with this can someone please help me with this i would be very grateful if someone told me exaclty what to do with this blasted code crap thanks :mellow:
I havn’t isntalled this version yet, but most keygens need to be used OFFLINE
so power off your modem, then it should come up with a register by phone option, then you enter the codes the keygen gives you.
If your online and try, it will want you to connect to their web site to register, which is NOT a very smart thing to do.

well i just exited the ea registration thing and it just started installing and about 53% of the install it said enter disk 2 so now what do i do?
did you not download multiple disc version?
I think it comes on one DVDrom, or two or more CDrom discs, which one did you get?
it worked but when i clicked on the desk top icon and it said put in the correct cd-rom so i just gave up i just simply do not have the patience for stuff like this thanks for your help though
well i installed the need for speed u2 and i just copyied the no cd crack and i dropped it in the nfsu2 folder and i thought that it was supposed to say DO YOU WANT TO REPLACE? and i’m suppose to say yes to all but when i dropped the crack in the game folder all it did was make a shortcut?, did i do something wrong here? please help <_<
Every time i try to play it says insert cd so i mount cd 1. and then it goes to the menu where it says play game,update and etc. But when i click on play game it says insert disc 2 so i insert it and then it goes bak to the starting and says insert disk 1. And this happens over and over again plzz help :blink:

Its your windows settings that are making the shortcut, instead of copying.
try this…
“right click” and “copy”, then go to the folder where you installed the game, and “right click” and “paste”
however, I usually do the following. I rename the oirgnal file.exe to file.xxx, then copy the new file.exe, and I still have the orignal in place. Although this is not necessary, I like to have the option to undo file replacements if for some reason a crack doesn’t work, and I have to find an undated crack. This saves me from the need to completely redo the install.

Assuming you completed the install, did you apply the crack? if not, you won’t be able to play from a virtual drive
