i have just downloaded bit comet and i cannot get anything to start downloading. i am using v 0.79 from download.com. any ideas on what my problem is?

its not letting me register or set up anything… i dont have any virus programs running while i have it on
You don’t need to register just to use BitComet.
Were you able to install the program, and to run it?
It’s hard to figure out what the problem is if you don’t describe it better.
after i picked a torrent and selected it to download it starts and then stays at 0.0%… i picked another and it got almost all done and stopped at 99.98%… i dont know what else to say, i guess its workin now…
You’ll want to download and install 0.70 and stay with it until there’s another stable version then.
