It’s a known issue - what is happening is that the A/V is detecting the installer being used (it gives an option for installing external apps). It’s covered here
Just turn off the a/v for installation (and use the .exe from the website rather than the .zip file) and turn the a/v back on once installed. You can scan the BC folder if you like - it's the installer that is the problem
