Hi,
For some reason the listen port is blocked, I opened the port, and still the port is blocked.
I can see that bitcomet detects wrong ip, it’s not my external ip and not my internal ip so i think this is the reason why it’s blocked.
I tried to do everything, even reset my router, installing new bitcomet and nothing solved this problem.
Please help
your correct ip address starts with 209.88.xxx.x
Where did you see this ip? my external ip is different.
I can see it in www.whatismyip.com too
Your second post was using 149.78.xxx.xxx. These are the IP addresses you are using when you are posting on the forum. If you are connecting to different wifi networks you will have a different IP each time. If you are using mobile broadband you may also have different IP addresses, but most home internet connections like cable, fiber optic, etc use the same IP unless you purposely change it. When BitComet tests your port it reports the IP you are using to connect to the servers during the test.

I had a problem with the infrastructure, they brought me wrong ip for the provider.
Fixed and works well now
