Are you using any IP filtering programs?
Try running bitcomet “as administrator” by “right click” on the icon on desktop or start menu and select “run as administrator”. See if that makes a difference.

do have a different pswd? try to sign in using pswd that you used to sign in to bitcomet forum…
cx your firewall…always allow on selected menu such as public, private & domain
check speed of your network…& always clear cache
