Hello to all.
I’ve downloaded a movie from the Internet which is in English and is subtitled in Spanish. The moviehas been saved perfectly, with its corresponding English audio but, the subtitles don’t show up… How can I solve this???
My best guess is the subtitles are out of sync, meaning they were poorly made. If they are all off by the same degree it can sometimes be adjusted in the player, otherwise the sub file would need to be reauthored to fix it. Either way this is a playback issue not a bitcomet one.
I’ll also add that the translation I got from google was very confusing so I don’t know if I’m understanding the problem correctly.
Hello.
Without providing more information, we can’t beging to try to help you.
The movie that you’ve downloaded (without quoting the title, please…), what format is it in? What are the file extensions (*.sub, *.srt, etc.) of all of the files that it contains? Perhaps the person that created the torrent forgot to include them (it wouldn’t be the first time).
His statement of “the subtitles don’t appear” is very vague. I’ve had this happen, where the actual subtitles had to be dowloaded from a different site (they obviously weren’t hardcoded), in order to have them appear.
The reason for this method of uploading a movie that claims to have subs escapes me, though, as it’s a nuisance to have to download both files separately… but it does happen.
If it is a problem with the sync, let him say so… because he sure as heck isn’t very descriptive…
