Purchased 10G plan fails to show up

The purchase was made on 8 March via paypal, and the 10G still hasn’t showed up. sent two private messages to Zerojinn on 9 March and 12 March, both marked as “Read: Not Yet Read”. It has been 10 days, still no response. who else can i talk to? please advice.

I too would find that upsetting, but please understand that Ariel is only one person and has to handle the entire english speaking population of the planet, so she may not have had time to reply. I’m sure your account problems can easily be fixed, but I would totally understand if you wanted to ask paypal for a refund.

In the meantime I’ll message her myself, as she is the only one that can resolve account problems.
