Save Settings / Options / For New Windows ?

/ Opps. Ive posted this in wrong section, but Ive seen this too late /

Hi !, Is there a file which keeps, the settings of BitComet like preferences, size of columns / name, size, seed etc. … /

I`ve find .reg or .ini files for

eMule, Total Commander (.ini files), Flashget - registry files for everything I need incl. the size of all Columns …

But for BitComet I`ve find only this

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\BitComet\BitComet

but it hasn`t anything usefull

maybe some file in C:\Program Files\BitComet

which I didn`t know ?!

You’re asking about <BitComet_Install_Path>\BitComet.xml

Can be viewed/edited with Notepad. Remember to keep .xml.bak (or whatever you name it) if you’re going to experiment with this one.

edit: just noticed this thread is in BitCometLite subforum… So don’t wonder if .xml isn’t there - I’m using BitComet :slight_smile:
