well i took my CPU from home and its at a public school now, i should be downloading at 100k cuz i download BitComet at that speed, but im only getting 5k, can anyone please help me
Edit: its filtered pretty tight, houston public schools know what they are doing, but since this is my CPU i think i should b able 2 download faster PLEASE I NEED HELP
The CPU may be yours but the network is theirs.
If their network admins are smart then there isnt much that you can do
search around on here and on google for “college bittorrent” for some hints that might help

At the moment I would suggest that you run BitComet 0.70 with Encryption and NAT Traversial set to always/forced. And try using a proxy for Tracker Communication.
