** Why BitComet gives Responce after some delay.When Restore from Systray.**
I don’t have that problem. Why do you have to make polls and multiple threads when you could have just put everything into one thread?
I think I know what you are talking about. BC is slow after restoring from sys tray just after you’ve start BC because it start to downloading the torrents. If you start BC and leave it in the sys tray for about 4-5 sec after that you will not have that delay you are talking about.
i have the same problem, the tray icon freezes about 10 seconds sometimes when i want to restore it
Try this go to options->preferences->appearance and uncheck:
1.Auto-start BC on windows startup
2.Auto-resume tasks on BC startup
3.Minimize to tray on BC startup
4.Show welcome page
5.Show intro view

I don’t minimize BitComet to tray as I have no need for this - it runs on separate computer that’s used for Internet & LAN file sharing.

–Every body do the same… if you have problem…
one more option to uncheck for “faster” startup of BC:
options->preferences->advanced: check for updates on startup → uncheck
i have left this option checked from 0.56 to 0.68 and BC never warn me that there is new version. I have upgraded from 0.63 to 0.68 at once and BC not warn me for 5 new versions.
