Check that you can actually access the page via your browser (your a/v or firewall may be blocking it or its on a ‘banned’ list via your ISP)

I’ve got the same problem

Since the last update the snapshot is not showing



This program cannot display the webpage.



I really hope that they can fix this problem

I also hope that they get this fixed soon. I have the same problem and I heard that my friend is encountering this too.
