How come when i wasn’t having any task in bitcomet the dl and ul rate will still increase (seems to be dling something) when i run bitcomet? what is it that it is dling in the background? can someone tell me?
I don’t know, but my guess would be that it is the DHT that’s running in the background and connecting to “Nodes”.
