Perdonar por mi intrusión tardía en este hilo… Pero con vuestro permiso me gustaría añadir alguna cosilla a la que creo que tal vez puedo aportar:
Lo primero de todo… (CON LA IGLESIA HEMOS TOPADO), ““telefónica”” !! Dios mío !!, ni que decir tiene que si bien es cierto que en cuanto a seriedad son los más apropiados ( pero caros), también hemos de tener en cuanta varias cosas.
!! Cuidado con los 10Mb!! … Uno de los principales problemas ahora mismo de telefónica es la estabilidad en esta transferencia. En según que sitio, os encontrareis que desafortunadamente y tras haber contratado este servicio, vuestros test velocidad son muy inferiores a lo normal.
Me explico:
En una línea tipo ADSL de 6Mg (sin trió) la velocidad obtenida debe estar entre un rango de 4,9 a 5,3 Mg
En una línea tipo ADSL de 10Mg (sin trió) la velocidad obtenida de estar entre un rango de** 8,7** a 9,4Mg.
Para ello ((siempre que seas de telefónica)) verifica tu test de velocidad a través de esta página oficial. (Tus pruebas quedaran registradas en su central, y si tienes algún problema, ellos lo podrán verificar inmediatamente)
Por otra parte, os avisaba que tengáis cuidado con los 10Mg ofrecidos por telefónica.
Hace un mes mantuvimos una reunión con ellos en la que definitivamente, y tras numerosas reclamaciones admitieron que efectivamente en ciertas regiones de España estaba siendo problemáticas esta velocidad de conexión debido al nivel de ruido (db) de las mismas.
Por lo cual esta se vuelve inestable totalmente, mostrando picos de velocidad verdaderamente ridículos, y provocando así los famosos micro cortes en la conexión.
Yo por mi parte, para todos aquellos que veáis algo parecido a esto en vuestra conexión, os aconsejo (((por supuesto solo es un consejo))), bajéis vuestra velocidad a 6Mg, con lo que conseguiréis que el nivel de ruido sea optimo, y al menos vuestra conexión permanecerá estable y sin los mencionado micro cortes.
En los últimos días telefónica nos ha comunicado que este tipo de conexión a 10Mg, será totalmente factible hacia mediados de este próximo año (2011).
Yo por el momento, ((también debido a mi actividad )) he optado por mantener otras compañías momentáneamente, a parte de la de telefónica, ya que debido a esta actividad, necesito ciertas coberturas (( a veces brutales )), para el manteniendo de varios servidores, y otros servicios.
Pero bueno, con esto espero poder aportaros algunas** “cosillas”** más en lo referente a este hilo.

Please forgive my late intrusion in this thread… With your permission, however, I would like to add a bit of information, if I may.
First of all… (“With the Church we have come, head to head” [a Spanish experssion which doesn’t translate very well to English, sorry - cassie]) “Telefónica”!! My God!! It’s not only that, in reality, they are the most (approrpiately) ‘professional’ (but expensive)… but we also have to keep in mind several things.
Beware of the 10Mb!!… One of the main problems of Telefónica, right now, is the stability in this transfer [speed]. Unfortunately, depending on where [geographically] you are, and having signed up for this service, your speed tests (may be) quite inferior to those considered ‘normal’.
Let me explain:
With a 6Mg ADSL connection (without Trío), the speed obtained should be in the range of 4.9 - 5.3 Mg.
With a 10Mg ADSL connection (without Trío), the speed obtained should be in a range of 8.7 - 9.4 Mg.
To check (as long as you’re with Telefónica), perform a speed test using this official page. (Your test results will be registered in their Central and, if you have any problem, they can verify it immediately.)
However, I warned you about the 10 Mg offered by Telefónica.
A month ago, we had a meeting with them in which they definitely (and after numerous claims were filed) admitted that, in effect, in certain regions of Spain, this connection speed was resulting problematic, due to the level of noise (decibels)…
…by which it [the connection speed] becomes totally unstable, showing really ridiculous peaks of speed and, therefore, producing the so-called “micro-cuts” in the connection.
For my part, for all those who are seeing something similar to this occurrence in your own connection, I advise (of course, this is only advise) that you lower your speed to 6 Mg, with which you will obtain that the level of noise be optimum - and, at least, your connection will remain stable and without the aforementioned “micro-cuts”
During the past few days, Telefónica has told us that this type of connection at 10Mg, will be totally feasible around mid-year (2011).
I, for the moment, (also, because of my work) have opted to have other companies momentarily, besides that of Telefónica, as, due to this activity, I need a certain coverage (sometimes brutal), for the maintenance of various servers and other services.
In any case, I hope that I’ve been able to provide a couple of “things” more to this thread.
