very low torrent speed

hiii

iam using a 2mbps internet connection.i usually get a maximum of 225-230kbps while downloading torrents.

for the past few days my torrent speeds got reduced drastically,even though the seeding is high.I tried almost all torrent clients but no use.and when ever i use IDMAN or any other download manager,i still get my max speed.

help me with this…

However, keep in mind that you can only download a torrent as fast as the peers ability to upload their data to you. Some will be slow no matter what you do.
