I want my money back because your service, VIP Acceleration is not working,it is in beta phase, etc.
As you have stated, you knew that this service was, in fact, in the beta testing phase, so problems should have been expected.
We (forum staff) don’t know why it works for some members and not for others, but if you look in the forum you’ll see we don’t recommend purchasing it until there is a stable release.
If you want a refund, however, you can ask paypal or message queeniequ. Everyone having a problem has received a refund.
You can ask for refund on paypal and I’ll handle it.
