I have confirmed that I have the required 40,000 points, now where can I purchase the free trial? Assuming you haven’t already used your free trial there will be one offered at http://vip.bitcomet.com If you are returned to this website that will indicate that you don’t have enough points. You can then continue to use bitcomet and wait, or you can purchase one of the other plans offered.
I have purchased a VIP plan and am not happy with the performance? In most cases this is either because of a problem with the VIP servers or the tasks run do not have available resources so it’s impossible to improve the download speed. You can ask for help in the forum after reading the “READ THIS before posting” topic, or if you would like a refund the fastest way is to open a dispute with PayPal and they will refund your payment.
Due to the vast number of free-trial users on our new VIP service, the servers were becoming overloaded and unresponsive, therefore, not providing quality service for neither our free, nor our paid users. We have found it necessary to put a limit on free users until the kinks and bugs are worked out of the system, and we can provide a positive experience for all users. You will need 40,000 points to activate the free trial.
We hope to lower the limit required to qualify for free-trial in the near future, but not until we can fully handle the number of users that will be using it. Please be patient and check back if you would like to try the service for free and hopefully we will be able to accommodate you soon.

Hi, greetings from me. It’s really nice to join u. But I’m sorry, I want to know what the meaning of the statement: “If you were directed here while trying to activate a free VIP trial, you don’t have the required 40,000 points.” What does it means?
If a member attempts to purchase a free trial without the required points, they are redirected here to this announcement and since this is an announcement NOT a discussion, replying was disabled, however we soon had an onslaught of members who couldn’t tell the difference between the words “reply” and “report”, so we begun getting dozens of reports of false emergencies and our volunteer staff didn’t have time to both help members who need real help and deal with members constantly violating the forum rules, so we reopened this topic, however spam and replies that don’t add to the content of the forum will not be allowed.
If a member has questions about bitcomet and/or the VIP service, they are free to make a new topic. We will not allow this brief announcement to turn into hundreds of pages of people making trivial or meaningless replies and repeat offenders will find their posting privileges restricted.
I’ll also state it’s my personal opinion that anyone who wants or expects the vip service to perform flawlessly to please not try it until it’s out of beta testing, it’s currently a work-in-progress and hasn’t worked for all users.
