HOLA. NO PUEDO VER MIS DESCARGAS. ME APARECE ERROR EN LA PAGINA DE DOWNLOADS Y NO HE CONSEGUIDO VER AUN NADA. TENGO WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER Y ME HE BAJADO EL REAL PLAYER TB. EN EL ERROR ME MARCA PROBLEMA DE DVIX Y ALGO DE GABEST. PERO COMO NO ENTIENDO MUCHO DE ESTO PUES NO SE SOLUCIONARLO. ALGUIEN PUEDE EXPLICARME PASO A PASO QUE HACER? GRACIAS.

I can’t view my downloads. I keep getting ‘error’ in the downloads’ page and I haven’t been able to view anything.

I have Windows Media Player and I’ve downloaded Real Player TB. In the error, it says something about a problem regarding DivX and something about Gabest, but since I don’t understand much about this, I don’t know how to solve it.

Can someone explain, step by step, what to do?

Can you please give me full file names (with extension) for the video/s that you are unable to play.

I suspect you need to update you “codecs” (video decoder software).

Once I know exactly what files you downloaded, I can assist you further.
