web browsing not working when downloading with bitcomet

When bit comet is running, I cannot browse the web. I am new on this forum and I could really use some help. I have searched your forums but I can’t find an answer.

Everytime I want to browse on the web, I have to shut off bitcomet. Can anyone help me?
