What are these notification messages/errors i get on starting up bitcomet portable?

I would like to understand what these notifications/tips/error are and what i can do about them…they happen when i start the portable version of BitComet

01.  Disk Boost service is not running

02. IE extension is not installed correctly.  Click here to fix it

1: Open options > settings and search for ‘diskboot’ and set it to ‘true’

2:  Settings > Integration - set for your browser  (IE, Chrome or Firefox).  Make sure that tjhe correct one is enabled and any that you don't use are disabled
