Cassie, if the member is serious about wanting help they will need to provide more information and we will move the topic back into the support forum.
Their question cannot be answered without a couple hours of typing every possible condition and various solutions for each, most of which is already posted in the forum and wiki. Some very basic information would narrow this down and the problem would have been solved by now.
