The #1 reason why a topic is moved here is that it didn’t include the most basic info. We have worked hard to make it easy for members to know what info is required, and it will take less then one minute to read the pinned topic here…
Additionally, if we are flooded with questions related to the same problem, our staff cannot answer everyone personally if the answer is already clearly posted numerous times. Look around, explore the GUIDES AND TUTORIALS forum, and use the search function, as well as checking the Announcement section, to see if there is already information posted. If you still cannot find the info your seeking, then make a new topic in the appropriate section and our staff will reply.
